We loved it, it was GOAT! Favourable location; hotel has public parking. Breakfast costs 15 EUR per person.
So glad we choose it, it's superb base for staying in Paris. We would happily go back again, this hotel met the purpose.
The location is good, all close to the station from where we went to Rouen.
Very small room, as in many hotels in Paris.
Location - excellent, rooms are clean and fresh).
Breakfast could be improved.
The warm and helpful staff
The first night I stayed was in a single room. It was charming except that teh choice of wallpaper made the small room claustraphobic
Staff was really friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and quiet. The style/design is nice though not overly exciting.
My room was pretty small (typically for Paris I would say). Location is not great as it is located in a dull backstreet and there are no restaurants or cafes nearby.
Staff are friendly and location is good.
Wireless Lan conections is very week. Public parking is little bit far from the hotel. Room space is very small for 3 person, because of extra bed.
The lovely atmosphere. The location near Blvd Haussmann. Lovely helpful staff at reception. They always helped us with our dinner reservations. Beautiful but small rooms. We booked a superior and did have a balcony against the backyard. That was really worth the money.
The breakfast was maybe not so good value for the money. No ham or fresh vegetables but really tasty croissants and the breakfast room is very nice and comfortable.
Friendly staff, super clean bathrooms, DVD/Audio player, and location near shops and Metro station
Very Small rooms, and room service which stops at 11 pm besides that Champs Elysee Road is too far if you have family and kids
The room was charming, with a modern bath, and a great soaking tub. The staff was attentive, and the common areas were as clean and comfortable as the rooms. I like the location - it is close to everything, but away from the crowds and tourists.
Very reasonable rates and an excellant clean hotel in a quiet side street location. Only 15 minutes or so walk from the Champs Elysees and the large shops in the Boulevard Hausemann and close to a number of Metro stations.
Nothing really negative to say although the rooms are slightly on the small side so would recommend the superior bedrooms which often include a balcony giving the feeling of extra space.
a) Staff were efficient, friendly & helpful. Arrangements of early morning taxi, directions, restaurant advice etc matched the service of the best international hotels. b) Small hotel in a quiet position in district 8 - so centrally located without the traffic noise. c) We booked the larger room which is probably worthwhile because Paris is famous for its small hotel rooms. d) Arioso will be our first choice next time.
We were surprised that the room was more nice than the photos on this website indicate. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with giving us tips regarding the neighborhood. We parked our car in front of the hotel (free on Saturday and Sunday). And within 5 minutes you reach the Champ Elysee.
In all corridors it smells like vanilla spray. So it felt like they try to cover another smell. The rooms were very clean, so maybe it was just to cover an old building smell.
The friendlinessand style
Fire escape arrangements poor
My husband and I had Superior Double Room. This is the very small, uncomfortable room with bad noise insulation. Breakfasts - poor.
